On 2/2/25, at approximately 11:16 a.m., a Gilpin County deputy took a phone report regarding a deceased dog located near the 6000 Block of Tolland Road. No criminal activity was suspected.

On 2/3/25, at approximately 9:23 a.m., deputies responded to the 10000 block of Highway 119 for a cold assault. A report was taken.

On 2/3/25, at approximately 1:06 p.m., deputies responded to the 500 block of Old Hughesville Road for a report of trespass. A report was taken.

On 2/4/25, at approximately 12:41 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a harassment call for service located near 425 Mammoth View Lane, Central City. A report was made.

On 2/5/25, an individual turned herself in on warrants. She was booked into the Gilpin County Jail on two active warrants. A report was later completed.

On 2/5/25, at approximately 8:50 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a wildlife issue located near mile marker 1 on Highway 119. A report was made.

On 2/6/25, at approximately 6:40 p.m., deputies received a call for service regarding a welfare check. After further research, it was found to be out of Gilpin County jurisdiction. A report was made.

On 2/7/25, at approximately 3:26 p.m., deputies responded to the 500 block of Old Hughesville Road for a report of harassment. A report was taken.

On 2/7/25, at approximately 3:35 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 Block of Hornblend Street on a report of a cold burglary. A report was taken.

On 2/7/25, at approximately 3:56 p.m., deputies took a report of a fraud case in the lobby of the Gilpin Sheriff's Office.

On 2/8/25, at approximately 3:56 p.m., deputies responded to the Grand Z Casino on a report of a theft. An investigation was conducted and a report was taken.

On 2/8/25, at approximately 10:09 p.m., deputies responded to a vehicle rollover 7500 Central City Parkway. An accident report was taken.

On 2/9/25, at approximately 12:27 a.m., deputies responded to the 2500 block of the Central City Parkway on a twenty two vehicle traffic accident. During the response, a fire truck slid on the ice into another involved vehicle. A report was completed.

On 2/9/25, at approximately 6:19 a.m., a deputy was contacted by Colorado State Police Trooper in the area of mile marker 1.5 on Highway 119. CSP stated there was a black Chevy Silverado with the headlights on in the area of mile marker 5 Highway 119. CSP asked if the deputy could come along.

On 2/10/25, at approximately 10:21 p.m., deputies responded to mile marker 3 on Highway 119 to cover CSP on a traffic stop.

On 2/10/25, at approximately 10:45 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on a suspected drunk driver at 5312 Highway 119. An arrest was made.

On 2/11/25 at approximately 4:54 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to the 2300 block of Smith Hill Road on a motorist assist.

On 2/11/25, at approximately 7:44 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a possible disturbance located near mile marker 1 on Highway 46. A report was made.

On 2/12/25, a deputy took a report regarding a lost handgun that occurred in Gilpin County. A report was completed.

On 2/13/25, a deputy took a report regarding a possible harassment. Based on the information provided, it was determined no crime had occurred.

On 2/15/25, at approximately 12:49 a.m., deputies responded to the Ameristar Casino on a report of an assault. A report was taken.

On 2/15/25, at approximately 12:32 a.m., a deputy was dispatched to a motorist assist located at the 13000 block of Highway 119, Black Hawk.

On 2/15/25, at approximately 3:03 a.m., Black Hawk and Gilpin County police officers were dispatched to 111 Richman Street on an assist to another agency for Black Hawk Police Department.

On 2/15/25, at approximately 3:30 a.m., a combative party was brought to the Gilpin County Jail. A reasonable amount of force was used to ensure their safety and the safety of other deputies and get them into a cell. A report was later completed.

On 2/15/25, at approximately 6:08 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a 911 investigation located at Trail Dust Road, Black Hawk. Dispatch informed them they heard screaming in the background prior to the line disconnecting. The parties left the property in a white Jeep and a sedan.

On 2/15/25, at approximately 6:08 a.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Trail Dust Road on a 911 investigation. Two parties were arrested and booked into the Gilpin County Jail. A report was taken.

On 2/16/25, at approximately 12:53 a.m., a deputy responded to the Gilpin Casino on an agency assist. Black Hawk Police had requested assistance with a theft call due to call volume in their city. A report was taken.

On 2/16/25, at approximately 11:53 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 2900 block of Dory Hill Road for a call of harassment and bias-motivated crimes. Charges were filed.

On 2/16/25, at approximately 3:49 p.m., deputies responded to the Century Casino on a report of a theft. A report was taken.

On 2/15/25, an individual was released on bond and transported to a local hospital on an M-1 hold. A report was later completed.

On 2/17/25, at approximately 8:40 a.m., a deputy was dispatched to violation of a protection order that occurred on 2/17/25 at approximately 11:36 a.m. located at Church Placer Road. A report was made.

On 2/17/25, at approximately 9:38 a.m., deputies received a call for service regarding a possible disturbance located near the 300 block of Gregory Street. A report was made.

On 2/19/25, at approximately 6:40 a.m., Gilpin County deputies responded to the 1600 block of Missouri Gulch Road for the report of a disturbance. Deputies arrived on scene and after concluding their investigation, determined no crimes had been committed. 

On 2/19/25, a male party turned himself in on a warrant. He was booked in on the warrant. A report was later completed.

On 2/19/25, at approximately 9 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to a harassment located at the 100 block of Main Street in Central City. A report was taken.

On 2/20/25, a female party was arrested on a warrant and a report was written.

On 2/22/25, at approximately 1:08 a.m., deputies responded to the Z-Stop Gas Station on a report of an accident before Colorado State Patrol could arrive. A report was taken.

On 2/22/25, at approximately 2:20 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Eureka for a motor vehicle accident. A report was taken.

On 2/22/25, at approximately 6:51 p.m., deputies responded to the area of Mac Rock Road on a report of harassment. A report was taken.

On 2/24/25, at approximately 12:52 a.m., deputies responded to the Coyote Liquor Store on a report of a burglar alarm. The building was cleared.

On 2/26/25, at approximately 6 p.m., a deputy responded to a possible disturbance located at the 600 block of Highway 46. A report was taken.

On 2/27/25, at approximately 2:50 p.m., deputies were dispatched near the 300 block of Gregory Street for a wanted party. An arrest was made, and a report was made.

On 2/28/25, at approximately 11:12 a.m., deputies responded to the 10000 block of Highway 119 for an arrest warrant. A male party was arrested.
