Greetings Peak to Peak Readers,
We are excited to announce the start of the Movies with a Message series October 10 at the terrific Gilpin County Public Library.
We will be showing “Iron Jawed Angels” a 2004 American historic drama directed by Katja von Garnier and starring Hilary Swank as a suffragist leader. The film received critical acclaim after the film premiered at 2004 Sundance Film Festival.
So mark your calendars. Everyone is welcome!
“Iron Jawed Angels,” October 10, 2 p.m., No admission charge. Popcorn and light snacks will be available. Gilpin County Public Library is located at 15131 Highway 119, Black Hawk.
