Dear Editor,
I have known Brady Fowler for several years and have had the opportunity to work closely with him. During that time, I have come to know a man whose life has been defined by service, discipline, and a deep sense of responsibility.
Brady's long military career has clearly shaped the way he approaches complex issues and difficult decisions. I have witnessed this firsthand. He listens, considers different perspectives, researches thoroughly, and carefully evaluates potential outcomes before drawing conclusions. He has a rare ability to dig deeply into complicated matters, separate facts from distractions, and get to the answers that actually matter. He does not settle for superficial explanations or easy answers. He does the work necessary to understand the issue.
One of the qualities I respect most about Brady is his willingness to lead the charge for meaningful change. Real change is seldom easy, comfortable, or universally welcomed. It takes conviction to challenge the status quo, discipline to stay the course, and courage to accept the resistance that inevitably comes with it. Brady understands that responsibility and is not intimidated by it.
Brady is also genuinely friendly and approachable. He takes the time to listen and respects the perspectives of others, even when they differ from his own. His commitment to Gilpin County runs deep. This is his home, his community, and a place whose future he cares about personally.
Gilpin County faces serious challenges that will require difficult decisions, careful stewardship of public resources, and a willingness to question established practices. These are not challenges that can be resolved with good intentions alone. They demand preparation, sound judgment, accountability, and the courage to act. I truly believe that Brady is the man who can get this job done.
That confidence comes from what I have witnessed working alongside Brady, not from campaign promises or political rhetoric. I am proud to put my name behind Brady Fowler for Gilpin County Commissioner.
