Dear Editor,
I would like to submit an editorial in support of Brady Fowler as District 2, Gilpin County Commissioners race.
Gilpin County deserves leadership that puts residents first, respects taxpayers, and is committed to serving our community. Brady Fowler is a 20 year veteran of the United States Army, has dedicated two decades of his life to serving our country, protecting the citizens of America. I believe that same spirit of service and commitment can benefit the residents of Gilpin.
As commissioner, Brady would focus on the issues that matter most to local families. These include expanding access to affordable, reliable child care for Gilpin residents, protecting our children from predators, maintaining and repairing Gilpin County roads and infrastructure, ensuring our law enforcement and Timberline Fire have the support they need to keep our communities safe.
Brady also understands the importance of fiscal responsibility. County residents deserve transparency and accountability in how our tax dollars are spent. We need responsible budgeting, careful oversight of public funds, and a commitment to keeping taxes low while still providing the essential services our community depends on.
I know Brady would bring honesty and accountability to the county commissioners position, working to address local challenges and help ensure Gilpin County remains a safe, affordable and welcoming place to live.
I encourage Gilpin County residents to learn more about Brady Fowler and his priorities. I’m lucky to have met such an honest, forth right individual and ask you to vote for Brady Fowler as your future Commissioner in Gilpin County.
Thank you for your consideration.
