BOULDER - The Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is pleased to announce the relocation of its Boulder Driver License Office to a new, larger facility at 4800 Baseline Road, Ste. A102, Boulder, Colorado 80303.

The new office will officially open to the public on Monday, February 24, 2025. The office will operate from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The new location offers a larger space, allowing for more customer appointments and a smoother experience for those visiting the DMV. The facility is easier to find and features ample public parking, making it more accessible for residents of Boulder County and the surrounding areas.

“This move is part of the DMV’s continued efforts to improve customer service and reduce wait times by expanding access to DMV services,” said Driver License Director Shari Creason. “We are excited about this new location, as it will enhance the experience for both customers and employees.”

The following services will be offered at the new location (by appointment only):

• Issuance of new driver licenses, instruction permits, and identification cards.

• Renewal of driver licenses, instruction permits, and identification cards.

• Knowledge tests for commercial driver licenses (CDL) and non-commercial driver licenses.

The Boulder Driver License Office will serve all Coloradans, regardless of county residency.
