Ingredients:
3/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons dijon
1 small shallot
Tarragon
Salt
Pepper
1 cup avocado oil
Directions:
In a blender mix: rice wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, shallot, a small pinch of tarragon, salt and pepper (to taste).
Blend on slow. Once going, speed up.
Slowly add avocado oil.
Enjoy!
