As soon as you are able, I’m sittin’ here and waitin’
To make the leap that we are on the brink of
My leash is on the kennel, my love is spillin’
Waiting here for you to come and fetch me
So if you’re tired of the same old doggie
Oh, try this muttley
I will be here when you are ready
To roll with the changes…
You know it has to happen, feel the joy a bubblin’
Getting’ me through my darkest hour
I heard the footsteps stompin’, feel the people comin’
Until you show up for me like a sweet sun shower
So if you’re tired of the same old doggie
Oh, try this muttley
I will be here when you are ready
To roll with the changes…
