NEDERLAND - The 2025 Ned*Ned Trail Festival packed the parking lot at 151 East Street in Nederland, where more than 350 racers registered—some were K9, many were in tutus—to run a 5K, 10K, or a 13-mile half-marathon course to raise funds for TEENS, Inc.
Runners of all ages and abilities launched in races all morning on Saturday, September 13, some starting as early as 8 a.m. Members of Ned XC, the Nederland Middle-Senior High School Cross Country team, also joined in on the fun, including number 110, Isla Harmon, who was also celebrating her birthday.
The Ned*Ned expo went on until noon and featured beer from Oskar Blues, food from McDevitt Tacos, and informational booths from Ned XC and Singletrack Mountain Bike Adventures (SMBA), all while Chicken Coop Willaye provided some classic bluegrass for the crowd.
The 2025 Ned*Ned Trail Festival was organized by Peak to Peak Endurance and sponsored by Eldora Mountain Ski Resort, Floyd’s of Leadville, On, Skratch Labs, and Suunto.
