Children’s Storytime: Stories! Song! Movement! Music! Play! Every Friday morning from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. we hold storytimes for ages 0 to 4 years old. From 10:15 to 10:45 a.m. we read books, sing songs, learn some ASL, and get the wiggles out! From 10:45 to 11:30 a.m. we have free play, bring out the toys and bubbles and get to know other kids, parents and caregivers. Meet in the Community Room at the Nederland Community Library located at 200 Highway 72.

Nederland Food Pantry and Clothing Closet: The Nederland Food Pantry, located at 196 W 1st Street, is open Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.. We are here to help our community in need by providing food, clothing, and other essential support. No appointment is necessary. Vitalant Blood Drive: Vitalant and Ameristar Casino Resort and Spa Black Hawk are encouraging the community to give thanks this holiday season by donating blood to help patients in need. Type O blood is the most transfused blood type. O-negative is the universal blood type and is what emergency room personnel reach for when there is not time to determine a patient’s blood type. All blood types are needed! Go to donors.vitalant.org and search Blood Drive Code: B042 to sign up. All donors will be entered to win one of three $10,000 gift cards in the Make a Difference giveaway. 12 to 5:30 p.m. at the Ameristar Casino located at 111 Richman Street in Black Hawk.

The Mountain Meditation Circle: A free and open group that has been meeting every Monday evening at 6 p.m. for the last four years at Gilpin County Public Library. New participants are always welcome. New members will need to provide their contact information prior to attending their first meeting.
