"Project Hail Mary" at the Backdoor Theater: Stars Ryan Gosling as the protagonist Ryland Grace, a man who awakens on an interstellar spacecraft with no memory of how he came to be there. Legally Blonde The Musical: Support our local talent and check out Nederland Middle-Senior High School’s rendition of  “Legally Blonde”. $15 for adults, $5 for students and seniors. Shows at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Nederland Middle-Senior High School located at 597 County Highway 130, Nederland. 

"The People Who Built Central City": The Belvidere Theater Committee will host a fundraising presentation where local historian John Kittredge will lead the discussion, focusing on the contractors and builders who shaped Central City following the Great Fire of 1874. Starts at 4 p.m. at Monte Lobo, located at 131 Main Street, Central City. 

Cocktail Hour: Come kick back, relax, and unwind with great company and tasty drinks! Sip on creative cocktails designed by Jen Kawata or enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer and enjoy good vibes and friends. 4 to 5 p.m., The Old Gallery, 14863, Colorado Highway 7, Allenspark.

Rotary Highway Cleanup and Social: Peak to Peak Rotary Club is hosting a highway cleanup on Highway 119 between Rollinsville and Highway 72. Meet at 2 p.m. at Kelly Dahl Campground turnoff for safety vests, trash bags, and trash pickers. Afterwards, we'll head over to Howlin Wind in Rollinsville for a social hour. Spinning Silica Seed Swap: Come help local gardeners strengthen our community's food sustainability by exchanging locally adapted seeds! 12 to 3 p.m., 55 East 1st street, Nederland.

Mountain Skies Astronomy: This casual gathering led by Astronomer Leslie Young will be a chance to explore our night sky and learn some interesting facts. Please come prepared with extra layers (it gets chilly in the mountains when the sun goes down) and a blanket if you want to lay back and gaze at the stars. This event will be weather-dependent. 8:30 to 10:30 p.m., The Old Gallery, 14863, Highway 7, Allenspark.

Eldora Closing Day Party: Celebrate the end of the Eldora season with DJ Panda Bear and DJ Bichesco, complimentary wine tasting from Natty Wine and our homemade Taco Bell menu. $10. Starts at 2 p.m. at Nederland General Store located at 112 E 2nd Street, Nederland.
