A Night for the Body, Mind and Spirit: Come support the Nederland Food Pantry while supporting your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. There will be tarot readers, astrologers, reiki practitioners, energy healers, and several local wellness booths! Custom tea blends and food will be available. 5 to 9 p.m., Nederland Community Center, 750 Highway 72, Nederland.

Waffle Storytime: Come for a story, stay for a waffle! Delicious homemade Belgian waffles made on site. Donate to the library and enjoy a yummy sweet treat with a story and play time. 10:45 - 11:30 a.m. at the Nederland Community Library located at 200 Highway 72.

Laurence Delaney 3 Year Celebration: Celebrating 3 years of Lolo's Atelier on 1st street! Come enjoy special offers and a raffle all weekend. There will be a reception on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. Located at 25 East 1st Street, Nederland.

Free Community Egg Hunt: Join the JA CCC PTO for their first annual egg hunt and enjoy an all ages egg hunt, delicious scones from Two Birds One Scone, and free hot cocoa! 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. 11719 Ranch Elsie Road, Golden.

Psychopath Hotdog Alley Hot Dog Challenge: Join us for an ultimate hot dog time at Eldora Ski Resort! This is an endurance challenge where hot doggers ski down Psychopath (conditions permitting), collect and eat a hot dog before exiting Hotdog Alley, then lap via Alpenglow and do it all over again. Scholarship Fundraiser Dinner: Supporting the Gilpin County Education Foundation. The keynote speaker of the night is Katura Atherton, who is a Gilpin Alumna, a basketball and volleyball coach, and GCEF scholarship recipient. Very Nice Egg Hunt: Ride the Carousel and shop Mountain Man and The Vault while the kiddos pick up treats at each stop! Free Build! with LEGO: Drop by, create, and have fun with Lego, Duplo, and Knex! Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult. All materials are provided. Hot Topics in Mountain Land Management: Join specialists from Boulder County's CSU Extension as they talk about various land management topics including: Fire-wise landscaping, the Mountain Pine Beetle, and biochar. 1 to 5 p.m. Nederland Community Library, 200 Highway 72, Nederland. 

Annual Chili Cook-Off: Come enjoy some delicious chili and raise funds for the Gilpin and Nederland fire departments! $3/bowl of chili and $6/chili dog. All proceeds benefit the fire departments. 2 to 5 p.m., Very Nice Brewing Company, 180 Jankowski Drive, Black Hawk.

Art at the Center Opening Reception: This long-running exhibition celebrates the creativity of our mountain community and offers artists a wonderful opportunity to share their work with both locals and visitors over several months. Our opening reception is also our much-loved Annual Demo Show—a lively, hands-on evening with live artist demonstrations and informal workshops throughout the space. 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the Nederland Community Center located at 750 Highway 72, Nederland. 

Trivia Night: Enjoy a night of trivia and drinks in support of the Nederland Food Pantry and win fun prizes! 6:30 to 8 p.m., Busey Brews, 70 East 1st Street, Nederland.
