Nederland High School Bike Team Fundraiser: Ritual MTB Film features a stoke-filled collection of short films from some of the biggest names in mountain biking. All proceeds go directly to support Nederland High School team riders by covering the cost of team jerseys, race registration fees, team meals, and travel expenses throughout the season. Join us in supporting the next generation of riders and helping build a strong, inclusive team culture, both on and off the trail. 6 to 10 p.m. at the Backdoor Theatre, located at 750 Highway 72, Nederland.
Silent Auction Fundraiser: Please come and celebrate the Nederland Historical Society with light food and refreshments including specialty cocktails! There will be items to bid on across all price points. Art, clothing, books, dining experiences, jewelry, handmade goods, luxury items, and more! 5:30 to 8 p.m. at 80 Big Springs Drive #202, Nederland.
The Old Gallery Cleanup Day: Help us get the outside space all spruced up for summer! Bring yourself, a buddy, a pair of workgloves, a rake or shovel if you have one. Property Tax Question and Answer Session: Do you have questions about how, when, and why your home is assessed at the value it is? What can you expect for the future? Gilpin County Early Childhood Resource Fair: Expanding child care options and resources in Gilpin County—and creating our own! Learn about the supports available to people providing child care. Hear the latest on Mountain Kids, family, friend, and neighbor child care (license-exempt), how to get a license to provide child care, summer camps for school-age kids and enrichment opportunities. High Altitude Gardening: Spring is in the air! Learn about mountain vegetable gardening. Local Botanist, Denise Wilson, will talk about native plants and seeds. Mini Market: Every other Sunday, come to the lot where Nederland Farmers Markets are held for our mini market featuring our robust produce booth coupled with two to three additional vendors. 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 80 E Second Street, Nederland.
