Part-time position for an Administrative Assistant in a fast paced, growing, startup company located in Central City, CO. The ideal team player we seek must be detail oriented, versatile, self-motivated and possess a cheerful optimistic demeanor, effective problem solving and communication skills and strong work ethic. This role supports the entrepreneur/owner and many of his companies. Every day will be different. This is not a factory job and you will need to problem solve at times on your own. 20-25 hours per week to start but has the opportunity to be full time as revenue grows.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
File and Data Base maintenance
Reception and intake
Handle incoming calls
Office Support
Repeated telephone interaction with clientele
Tenant Management
Vendor Support
Other duties as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2+ years of College
Microsoft Office Suite experience
Minimum 2+ years office work experience
