Black Hawk Police reports November

On 11/1/16 at approximately 3:11 a.m. officers responded to the Isle Casino on a report of a male party trespassing. The party had two warrants and was later arrested and booked into Gilpin County Jail.

 
On 11/1/16 an officer was dispatched to the 240 Block of Main Street, on the report of a motor vehicle accident. The driver was issued and released on a municipal summons for careless driving, and a Colorado State accident report was completed.

 
On 11/1/16, Officer Hart received a report via mail from the Denver Police Department, regarding a theft from an at-risk adult, which occurred at the Lodge Casino, on 10/3/16. Case is under further investigation.

 
On 11/1/16 at approximately 9:37 a.m. an officer responded to 111 Richman Street on a call of a lost wallet. The officer was unable to determine where the wallet was lost.

 
On 11/1/16 at approximately 7:56 p.m. officers were dispatched to the Lady Luck Casino on the report of stolen property. A male suspect has been identified.

 
On 11/2/16 at approximately 11:20 p.m. officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a female party on premises with a warrant. The female was transported to Gilpin County Jail without incident.

 
On 11/2/16 at approximately 1:00 a.m. an officer received a phone report of a sexual assault at the Ameristar Casino hotel. The case is under further investigation.

 
On 11/2/16 at approximately 10:39 p.m. officers responded to The Isle Casino on a reported disturbance involving an intoxicated person.

 
On 11/3/16 an officer responded to 305 Gregory St. on a report of a burglary. There is no suspect information.

 
On 11/3/16 at approximately 6:54 p.m. officers took a phone report regrading a vandalism that took place at 111 Richman Street, parking garage level 4. A report was completed regarding the incident.

 
On 11/3/16 at approximately 10:05 p.m. officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of a found dollar bill containing a controlled substance. There is no suspect information.

 
On 11/4/16 at approximately 12:51 a.m. officers responded to The Golden Gulch Casino parking lot regarding a vehicle that hit a metal fence and caused damage to it. A report was completed regarding the incident.

 
On 11/4/16 at approximately 9:10 p.m. officers were dispatched to the Lady Luck Casino on the report of stolen property. A male suspect has been identified.

 
On 11/4/16 at approximately 10:38 p.m. an officer was notified that a counterfeit $20.00 bill was located at 401 Main Street. A suspect was still on scene at the Isle. The $20.00 counterfeit bill was taken and the suspect was released with no charges. A report was completed regarding the incident.

 
On 11/5/16 an officer responded to The Monarch Casino parking garage on the report of a suspicious person. A subject was arrested for outstanding warrants.

 
On 11/6/16 at approximately 12:18 a.m. officers responded to the Isle Casino on the report of an intoxicated party. The party was arrested and transported to Gilpin County Jail for a protection order violation.

 
On 11/6/16 officers were dispatched to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a counterfeit one-hundred dollar bill, with a suspect on scene. The suspect was cleared and the bill was seized for evidence.

 
On 11/6/16 at approximately 4:40 p.m. officers discovered an open door in the 300 block of Gregory Street with signs of forced entry.

 
On 11/6/16 an officer responded to the Golden Gates Casino for the reported kidnapping of an adult. A report was taken.

 
On 11/7/16 at approximately 4:33 p.m. an officer observed a suspect who had a warrant in the hundred block of Main Street. The suspect was arrested, and transported to the Gilpin County jail.

 
On 11/8/16 at approximately 1:23 p.m. officers responded to Main and Black Hawk Street on a report of a male who fell and hit his head. The male party was transported to the hospital by Gilpin medics.

 
On 11/9/16 at approximately 6:12 a.m. officers responded to the Ameristar Parking Garage on the report of a male and female party smoking out of a glass pipe in a vehicle. The male party was transported to Gilpin County Jail.

 
On 11/9/16 at approximately 5:00 p.m. officers were informed by dispatch that a suspect, who worked at the Lodge Casino, had a warrant out of Gilpin County. Officers responded to the Lodge Casino and the suspect was arrested and transported to the Gilpin county jail.

 
On 11/9/16 at approximately 5:32 p.m. officers responded to The Ameristar Casino security office regarding found drugs in a hotel room. The officer took possession of a baggie of methamphetamine and a report was taking regarding the incident.

 
On 11/9/16 at approximately 11:20 p.m. officers observed a vehicle traveling Southbound on Bobtail Street. The vehicle was weaving and failed to use a turn signal when required. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver was transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

 
On 11/9/16 at approximately 11:26 p.m. Officers responded to 401 Main Street on a reported protection order violation involving alcohol. A suspect was contacted and arrested for an active protection order violation. The suspect was transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

 
On 11/10/16 an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of harassment. A summons was issued.

 
On 11/10/16 an officer stopped a vehicle in the 100 block of Miners Mesa Road, for displaying an expired temporary tag. The officer issued the driver a summons.

 
On 11/10/16 at approximately 7:08 p.m. officers responded to the Wild Card Casino on the report of a party possibly smoking marijuana. Upon contacting the party, officers discovered that he had a warrant for his arrest. The party was transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

 
On 11/11/16 at approximately 7:43 a.m. an officer responded to the Lady Luck parking garage on a report of a hit and run. There is no suspect information.

 
On 11/10/16 an officer responded to the Ameristar Casino on the report of a theft. There is suspect information.

 
On 11/11/16 at approximately 11:27 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver was under restraint and that the passenger did not have a valid license. The vehicle was towed and the driver was issued a summons.

 
On 11/11/16 an officer responded to the Wild Card Casino on a report of a counterfeit bill. There is suspect information.

 
On 11/10/16 an officer responded to the Isle Casino on the report of found property, which was a controlled substance. There is suspect information.

 
On 11/12/16 while on routine patrol, an officer noticed a red tagged vehicle sitting at the 300 block of High Street. Registered owner contact was unsuccessful. The vehicle was towed.

 
On 11/12/16 at approximately 11:47 p.m. Officers responded to The Ameristar Casino parking garage, level 9, on a reported hit and run accident. A report was completed regarding the incident.

 
On 11/13/16 officers responded to the Isle Casino for a fight in progress. The suspect was identified, arrested and transported to the Gilpin County Jail for warrants and narcotics possession.

 
On 11/13/16 an officer was dispatched to 196 Clear Creek Street to investigate a city street sign which was knocked down by a vehicle.

 
On 11/21/16 at approximately 2:45 a.m. officers responded to the Canyon Casino on a report of an intoxicated female party. Upon arrival, two parties were found to be in a verbal argument and a male party was booked into Gilpin County Jail on an outstanding warrant.

 
On 11/21/16 at approximately 6:03 a.m. an officer responded to the Isle Casino on a report of a counterfeit bill. The bill was seized and a report has been completed.

 
On 11/21/16 an officer was dispatched to the Lady Luck Casino parking garage level two, 333 Main Street, on the report of a theft from a vehicle. The case is under further investigation and there are no suspects in custody at this time.

 
On 11/22/16 at approximately 1:24 a.m. officers responded to the Isle Casino on a report of a female party using a fraudulent ID to gain access to the casino gaming floor. The female party was transported to Gilpin County Jail.

 
On 11/22/16 an officer was dispatched to the Sasquatch Casino on the report of a lost gold ring, which occurred earlier in the day.

 
On 11/22/16 at approximately 6:52 p.m. officers responded to the Ameristar Casino parking garage regarding a motor vehicle accident. A report has been completed.

 
On 11/23/16 at approximately 7:24 p.m. officers responded to The Ameristar Casino on a reported disturbance. A report was completed regarding the incident.

 
On 11/23/16 at approximately 10:55 p.m. officers responded to The Ameristar Casino on a reported disturbance. A report was taken regarding the incident.

 
On 11/24/16 at approximately 3:19 a.m. officers observed a vehicle traveling Southbound on Highway 119 when it drove up onto the median. It was determined the driver was under the influence of alcohol and had been harassing his wife in the passenger seat. The male party was taken into custody and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

 
On 11/24/16 at approximately 7:53 p.m. officers responded to 401 Main Street, north side walk area, on a reported disturbance between a male and a female. The male involved was taken into custody for harassment and domestic violence and transported to the Gilpin County Jail. A report was completed regarding the incident.

 
On 11/25/16 at approximately 7:49 p.m. officers were dispatched to the Isle Casino on the report of a male party threatening people with a knife. A male suspect was contacted and taken into custody.

 
On 11/26/16 officers responded to the Monarch Casino on a report of found drugs. A suspect has been identified.

 
On 11/26/16 an officer was dispatched to the Canyon Casino parking garage on the report of an employee falling from the roof of the casino. It was determined the victim suffered from a seizure and not a fall. The victim was treated on scene and transported to Saint Anthony’s Central Hospital by Gilpin County Paramedics.

 
On 11/26/16 an officer was dispatched to the Golden Gates Casino on the report of a lost Samsung cellular phone, which occurred on 11/24/16.

 
On 11/26/16 at approximately 7:37 p.m. officers were dispatched to the Monarch Casino on the report of a counterfeit bill.

 
On 11/26/16 at approximately 9:01 p.m. officers responded to 401 Main Street on a report of a guest who had an active warrant for his arrest. A male was contacted and taken into custody for two active warrants. The male was taken into custody and transported to the Gilpin County Jail.

 
On 11/26/16 at approximately 9:29 p.m. officers responded to the Monarch Casino on the report of damaged property.

 
On 11/26/16 an officer responded to the Isle Casino, for a reported drunk driver. Party was located and transported to the Gilpin Jail for multiple charges.

 
On 11/27/16 at approximately 3:33 a.m. officers responded to the Ameristar on the report of a disturbance between two females in a hotel room.
